He has the potential to be the best all round centre forward at the club since Martin Chivers. If only he stays!

You and your Martin Chivers ! I'm sure he was a great player but before my time mate.

Can only go on second hand opinion.

a beautiful goal.

But still not in the top 5 spurs goals. For me. Chivers also misses the shrotlist:

in no particular order:

Gazza 91 semi freekick
Villa 81 Final
Ginola vs Barnsley
Hoddle, chip from corner of ox (circa 79, maybe vs Watford?)
Sheringham off the post vs Liverpool, circa 93?

Some of my favourites:

Villa (you know which)
Gazza (you know which)
GHod from his own half vs Oxford (?)
Anderton vs Leeds FA CUP
Dean Marney 2nd goal vs Everton

Any of Ronny Rosenthal's goals against Saints
Rebrov against West Ham

I saw Chivers for the first time in the 71-72 season. I was only 5. But I remember the goal so clearly. The equaliser vs the Goons at WHL. I fell in love with Tottenham that day and I've been thankful ever since to Chiv. I think we played for about 7 or 8 seasons for us. He was a God and one of the top five scorers of all time for Spurs, I think.

I can only find one clip on YouTube.

If anyone can find any other clips, please do share them.
