| Awesome player. Didn't realise he scored that many for us.
Can't believe my eyes when I sat in an internet cafe at Victoria, London and read that he was sold to Villa.

| Ah Le Gin...
The one bright light in a pretty mediocre team during that period.
Imagine if we had him in his prime in our team now! Top 4 guaranteed. |

| | And we'd still all be moaning about what a lazy fucker he is once he loses the ball. |

| Do you really want players like Ginola tracking back?
Besides it'd all be forgiven as soon as he got the ball again...spurs fans tend to have short memories on those sort of things. |

| | Giggs and Ronaldo manage to track back and help their full back - if Malbranque and Lennon were able to do the same last season we may not have shipped in so many goals. |

| Malbranque and Lennon are no Ginola by any stretch of the imagination.
It is conceivable I have rose-tinted spectacles on though, considering he was often the only reason to turn up at WHL during his time there. Yet a piece of Ginola magic was often complete vindication for slogging my way to Tottenham all season. |

| | we may talk about the need to sign a big name experienced player - but someone like a Ginola (absolutely brilliant player) would be backwards step - he plays for himself and not the team... the only top 4 things we'd be guaranteed would be the top 4 goals of the season. |

Tend to agree here, although brilliant to watch do we want a "Flair" individual player or someone who is a solid team player. Would BMJ want that, (looks like he's p*ssed with Taarabt for being this way). Can we buy Ronaldo? (joking lads, ouch, ouch)

| | great guy mind you... was so down to earth at the dinner photographed... quite the opposite to what you would expect given 1) his nationality and 2) his perceived self-centred ego on the pitch. |
