Maybe not as good as it first seems - again
Ledley King facing lengthy lay-off
Tottenham captain Ledley King come still be months away from making a return to action, according to manager Juande Ramos.
King is suffering from a persistent knee injury and his rehabilitation is currently limited to light training with the first-team squad for two days a week.
Out: Ledley King (right) has been a huge loss for Spurs during their early-season struggles Ramos said: "Ledley King is very far away. It is difficult to say two weeks, three weeks, three months or four months.
"There hasn't been a setback. It's just a serious injury and it's a slow recovery."
Tottenham have looked increasingly shaky in defence, with a back line of Gareth Bale, Younes Kaboul, Michael Dawson and Pascal Chimbonda lacking in strength and experience.
Spurs' problems have been increased by the absence of Kaboul for their Uefa Cup clash against Danish side Aalborg tonight due to a groin problem. |

| | Certainly not much in those pics to inspire any confidence that he'll be back before Xmas. He's been out for going on 5 months already and they still have no real idea when he'll be ready for action - certainly not the pattern of a run-of-the-mill injury. |
