Call me old fashioned, but you can't beat an Indian ruby. Although Thai curries are equally as tasty and I'm also partial to a Malaysian beef rendang. I also think the quality of Indian restaurants in Singapore are far greater than their equivalents in HK. For the record, I've never tried Indian in India as I hear they give you the tom tits.

Indian, Singaporean and Thai for me too. Had Indian in India, didn't get Delhi Belly but they're quite tasteless and there's no meat - whats the point of that eh?

Had an Indian in India and it was like the ones I have had in the Uk
Had a Thai in Thai land and it was much better than the ones here and in the UK
Never had a Malysian in Malaysia but I have had one in HK and it was alright. Therefore my vote goes like this:

Thai, Indian and then Malaysian.

1) Indian (not from Chungking mansions)
2) Thai (not one that costs 100 quid and is crap in Esher)
3) Sing/Malay - Which one should I get if I don't want loads of coconut milk?
