Ho Chi Minh has suddenly become quite expensive. Full of tourists. More noisy too. The honking of horns is enough to drive a man insane.Had to change room as they allocated a room next to the main road.

Just wanted to get that off my chest.

Well impressed with skype. Phone connections, mobile and land line are awful in Vietnam. Usually after 5 minutes it breaks and you're forced into redialling.

Just used skype with my parents, using a low signal wireless connection and got a fantastic sound / video for 30 minutes. All free of charge, compared to HKD10 or more per minute with a phone call.
