Steve Mclaren takes the England players out to a fancy restaurant for a morale building exercise after the crushing defeat to Croatia.

He calls the waiter over and starts to order the food.
He goes through the starters no problem.
"What would Sir like for the main course?" the waiter asks,
"I'll have the Beef" replied Mclaren.
"OK Sir, and what about your vegetables?" the waiter added,
"They can have the same!", said Mclaren.
