James, apologies for my late response. Unfortunately Susan and I aren't in town next weekend. We're off to Bangkok for some Pad Thai.

Weather doesn't look very good the whole week, but the gathering is to GO AHEAD whether it shines or rains.

There is a covered area (with air con) next to the BBQ place. If it is light raining, we can still proceed with BBQ. If it is heavy raining, we will probably have to do the cooking at home (or we can always order Pizza Hut!)

I'll give out details in a separate post.
