| | We've got Liverpool at home on Sunday May 11, 2008 for our last match of the season. This could be a deciding fixture for 4th place. It just so happens that Monday 12th is a public holiday (Buddha's birthday). We could leave HK flying Oasis on the Friday night, have Sat night in London, watch the game on Sunday - no chance of any fixtures being changed cos it's the last day of the season - stay for the end of season lap of honour, and then pray to god we can make it to Gatwick in time for the flight back. Of course there might be other options with Cathay, Qantas, Air New Zealand etc. Just using Oasis as an example. What do folks reckon? Could we get a HK Spurs group over to London for this one? Can we get hold of tickets? I am going to go back for this game for sure but it'd be even better if a whole group of us could go. I know we might be in the UEFA Cup Final and the FA Cup Final and people might go back for those games, but this is the only fixture that falls on a long weekend and I've got no chance of getting time off at any other time during the season. It's just a thought and it's early days yet, but I reckon we need to act reasonably fast to get any special deals. Airlines will raise the fares nearer the time, esp. seeing it's a long weekend. |

| | Yes, most definitely, all depends on work though, but good thought bringing it up a year early! (No sarcasm involved by the way) |

| My fiancee is already dragging me to book the air tickets etc. She is desperate to go to London (she studied LLM for a year there). I think I will go some point in the season, and yes, the last match at home v Pool will definitely be interesting. _________________ To dare is to do |

| OzSpur, it's a long way off but I am interested and yes, if well planned ahead of time it's do-able to get a H.K. crew going for the game. Both Wallis and Knighty were planning to do something like that this season, but with shorter notice and difficulty getting tickets.
A way to make it happen is get to a match day package. I have a mate that runs 3LionsSports and they specialise in packages that include a hotel and transport (they have to seel packages and can't just sell tickets). However the Liverpool game may be difficult to get a batch of tickets. I'll investigate that one though!
I guess we could always write to THFC in advance and see if they can do a gesture of goodwill, to block book us some tickets somewhere in the ground that is not allocated obly for season ticket holders??

Or we can get sufficient membership numbers to book the tickets online when they are on sale to members. I did that the season before last and got a seat in the 1st row for the Scum derby game. I thnk if we act fast, we can book tickets as a group online. BTW, who has applied for the One Hotspur membership? I have. _________________ To dare is to do |

| Some Hong Kong based Spurs fans are season ticket holders and obviously can't attend all matches at the Lane. The down-side is that even if we purchase their tickets for a match, they won't be seated together and some of them may use that ticket for the big games etc.

I do, and it is unlikely that I will go. If you need a membership card to buy a ticket, please let me know.
BTW, I receive my Birthday Card from THFC Member Club, it is ..... |
