happy to be back in the fold. sorry, have been traveling like crazy.

doesn't seem like we are having much success in the transfer market -- in either direction.

why are players like murphy, ghaly and mido still on our books?

why is the kaboul deal forever "imminent"? can't we just get this guy in so we can send TG on his way?

looking forward to the season getting under way and seeing bale in action.

COYS!

Hi Jeff. Good to have you on board. I think the transfer market will hot up as we turn into July. June is usually a relatively quiet month as the players, managers, agents and directors are sunning themselves on some exotic beach or yacht (sp?).

I think Bent and Kaboul will join within 7 days. The likes of Murphy, Ghally, Mido, etc will leave nearer the deadline as the likes of Harry Rednapp do last minute dodgy deals.

On the subject of Happy Harry, he was the subject of my favourite WHL chant of all time......... "Harry, Harry, give us a twitch, Harry, give us a twitch". lol!

Jeff, I thought you'd forgot all about us.

Not sure what to make of the transfer talk so far but I don't think the TW is open yet so nothing will happen until July.

Would you swap Defoe + Chimbo with Chelski for Robben + Diarra?

We might have to throw in some extra cash to even it out but it solves our remaining problems - DM and LW - and we could always throw Salty back in there at RB. Robben seems a bit of a prick so may upset chemistry (plus could we afford his wages?). Speaking of which, what ever happened to the story about Berbs signing a new deal? The fact that that has gone cold and he now makes half of Keano and half of Bent is troubling.
