In that order, warm up followed by stretch. Warm up being 5 minutes of walking/jogging to get your heart rate up and your muscles ready for exercise. |

HKD 800 to massage 12 blokes ! James - HKD 66 per person. So its either a 5 minute massage with some hot girl or some grandmother giving a 1 hour rub down !
I'm leaning towards the large flag option again !!!  |
