managed to put open an account and put all the photos into my root folder but am now stuck as to how to actaully get them onto this site? Any help.....

Click the [Image] button, then copy and paste the web address holding the picture, then click [Image] button again.

If you do this correctly, it will look like

Spur'don and I heldout til about 240. I have no idea how GDG coulda got up for the kids this morning, as he was one of a handful who stayed til 2!

Constitution (and the physique, unfortunately) of an ox. Really not sure how I felt so good this morning afer a skinful and four hours sleep, and why I'm so bright-eyed and bushy-tailed now, but that's how it is. Maybe it was all those fluids I had before, during and after the match?

Whaty amazed me is how many people actually had their pasta and had plenty of fluids (including their Gatorade!) with them for the game. It may just have been the edge we needed to prevail in the second half!
