| Just asked my mother-in-law to bring over my Spurs shirt from Thailand as she is over in the next few days. This is what I got back:
I found the shirt which I think is the right one. The front is yellow with letters HOLSTEN and on the left it is a chicken or a hen standing on a globe with two lions Right?
Anyway about the thing on the left of the shirt, I am not sure whether it is a hen, a chicken or even a big bird but I think this is the right one. Please let me know.
Women eh?

| | Just kidding, I hoped you wouldn't take offence. She could, of course, be extremely smart and be winding you up - how cool would that be? |

| Ive seen all sorts of weird Spurs shirts on sale down there. Orange ones, green ones with non-matching sponsors to shirt makers and so on.
Spurs are fairly popular in Thailand (locals and expats), but their copied shirts are generally awful!

| My fiancee doesn't watch football until I forced her to about 2 years ago. I the 2 seasons to teach Ellen about Spurs.
She now recognises Jol, Berbatov, Defoe, Keane (who she thinks is very good looking), Mido, Jenas, Lennon, Huddlestone, Zokora, Murphy, Malbranque, LYP, King, Chimbonda, Dawson and Robbo. She made me proud. As a reward, I took her to see Spurs v Everton at WHL in 05-06.
She still struggles with Tainio, Gardner, Rocha, Stalteri and the others but that doesn't bother me.
She still doesn't understand the offside rule though! _________________ To dare is to do |

| I reckon we should have section dedicated to "other halves". Something like "Bird's Corner", "something for the ladies" or "birds bits". Do you think that will work? |

| | James - Spurs v Everton 05'06. I was there for that one. First game Jenas actually played well in a Spurs shirt. |

Were you? We won 2-0 with headers from Mido and Jenas.
We waited at the carpark for the players before and after the game. Got photos taken with Michael Brown, Ant Gardner and err...Rasiak! Mido drove his black BMW(?) and was stopped at the gate by autograph hunters (including me). His wheel landed right on top of a poor little boy's right foot who screamed "IT's ON MY FUCKING FOOT"!! That didn't stop him from chasing other players' cars for an autograph _________________ To dare is to do |
