Gentlemen. Please aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before kick-off to get properly warmed up.
It's a full size pitch and will require Running.

Directions:
Happy Valley Sports Ground
If not sure where to go etc, please phone/text me.
If you don't have my number, call another regular (e.g. James or Danny)

If you are late, you are benched. There are three subs waiting.

Pitch:
High quality artificial grass.
Recommend that you wear proper footy boots or studded astro-turf boots.
Unless it rains, trainers will be ok, but not ideal

Fitness:
Seriously, have a proper warm up and stretch. It'll make a massive difference.
Bring at least a litre of water, and probably some pocari/lucozade as well.
Shin-pads would be sensible.
Hopefully physio aaron will be joining us.

Kit:
White. Spurs shirts.
Bennycat - Spurs pants optional.

Kit Costs
Please bring along 265HKD to pay Edman in advance for the kit order, so he doesn't need to buy all 32 kits from his own pocket!

Rather than sipping down post match cold pints of beer I'm forced into drinking this strange concoction which i'm told will 'cure' me. Ganmao Qingre Keli. Tastes awful and stinks too.
