Regarding playing in the actual Spurs shirt: I would envisage we get our own spurs-style shirt.
All white A touch of blue trimming perhaps SiHKFC logo Maybe a sponsor? (in blue lettering, not red!) |

Think the idea of a cockrel on the HK flag is a really good idea too. Can have a bash at that in photoshop if you like. |
