| Dimitar Berbatov has suggested that he will stay with Tottenham for the foreseeable future.
The Bulgarian striker was speaking in the aftermath of Spurs' 2-1 extra-time victory over Chelsea in the Carling Cup final on Sunday, the club's first piece of silverware for nine years.
Berbatov converted a second-half penalty to pull the sides level in the Wembley showpiece and revealed that he hopes the success will be the first of many he will get to experience during his time at White Hart Lane.
Incredible feeling
"I am here, I want to win things and hopefully this is the first of many for me," the striker told the Evening Standard.
"It means a lot to beat Chelsea, they are a fantastic team.
"When the final whistle blew it was an incredible feeling.
Big goals
"Everyone was happy and it was great to see so many smiles. It's a major trophy and we wanted European football again.
"This is our moment, but on Tuesday we start again. We have important games ahead of us. We have big goals ahead of us.
"The manager is a winner and he knows how to win things. This is his first trophy and I hope it's the first of many." _________________ To dare is to do |

| | Winning the League cup makes Berbatov staying a little more likely for sure. Berbatov needs to know we're capable of moving forward and i suspect, like so many, he believes in Ramos. |
