WEST BROMWICH ALBION are being linked with a £2million move for Tottenham Hotspur winger Wayne Routledge.

The England Under-21 international is also wanted by Fulham, where he spent last season on loan.

Baggies boss Tony Mowbray has targeted Routledge to help spearhead the club's quest for promotion to the Premiership next season after narrowly missing out in the play-off final last term.

I had high hopes for Routledge. The rest of my family are Palace fans so I knew a bit about him before he joined. He had a good pre season tour, got injured and has struggled since. He'd do well in the championship.
