Overseas Players req to speak English

Saw an update on my local sky sports channel , FA will req players from overseas to be able to speak English . to play in Prem League .

I think that may have something to do with the FA keeping in line with UK "working" visa requirements.

They'd be hard pushed to implement that. Half the British players in the league can't even speak English let alone string a sentence together. Just take a look at JJ and Keano interviews at the unveiling of the new shirts.
