Slow day at work so I've been trawling the Spurs fan sites for various ITKs. Can't believe it has all kicked off already!

Lots of contrary reports, Berba definitely staying / going, even reports of Keano being sold. Few reports of an unhappy dressing room as Ramos is so tough with them, as reflected in Kaboul's whine.

In terms of transfers in, obvious links with Eto'o and Villa, along with Capel and Poulson from Sevilla. Various keepers linked, Kameni still looks the strongest.

Also, big link with Jean Makoun III from Lille, a central midfielder in the Davids mould.

Going to be a long summer ahead with all the comings and goings and the speculation!

I meant strongest link.

I've never seen any of these keepers play that we've been linked with, apart from Cudicini.

Agent Jean-Christophe Thouvenel has revealed that Makoun has a gentleman’s agreement with LOSC to be transferred in the summer and the representative is planning a big-money move for one of Ligue 1’s outstanding players.

“The discussions are very advanced with a London club. It is not West Ham, no. Tottenham? Well, I cannot reveal it to you right now. To give you a clue, without naming the club, their manager is not English, they are a very good club that have a very ambitious project, they want to attack well and defend well."

Zokora was also one of Ligue 1’s outstanding players when he was still playing for Les Verts...

They want to attack well and defend well? That's like me saying that if I could pot all the balls in one break on a regular basis I'd be world snooker champion.

Again, various ITKs and some of the papers (Mirror) are saying Kameni is a done deal. 6m quid and 30k a week.
